What information do I have to provide when registering?
During the registration process, we require your normal payment information for billing purposes. We will need your official page link and infringing link to start takedown process.
Do I have to find unauthorized links by myself?
We have two services, the first one is where you deliver infringing links and add them to our platform. Then the system verify links and automatically sends requests for removal at source, Google and Bing delist.
The second service, where we automatically collect links and sends requests for removal at source, Google and Bing delist.

Even if I subscribe to a scanning and removal service, will I be able to add links to the platform too?
Yes, in this case you will also be able to add unauthorized links related to your content
Do you fight false counter notices?
Yes, we apply local laws and procedures to fight false counter notice and prevent reinstate unauthorized content.
Do I have to subscribe to your service for a long term?
It depends on your goals, the number of illegal content. If there is not a lot of illegal content, it can be removed in one month. In other case we recommend subscribing for a long term with auto-renewal to not only delete already found illegal content, but also to promptly monitor and delete it in the future.
Can I unsubscribe from your service at any time?
Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time. Immediately after unsubscribing at the end of the paid month, your subscription will not be automatically renewed. You will be able to subscribe again in the future
