Case Study: The Google Play Removal of Yandex Browser (UPDATED)
April 16, 2026At AXGHOUSE ANTIPIRACY OÜ, transparency is not just a regulatory requirement; it is a core value of our operations. As a designated Trusted Flagger under the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA), we play a critical role in identifying and mitigating illegal content online. Today, we are pleased to publish our official Activity Report for the final quarter of 2025.

The Role of a Trusted Flagger Under Article 22 of the DSA, Trusted Flaggers are entities recognized for their expertise and integrity in detecting illegal content. Notifications submitted by Trusted Flaggers must be prioritized and processed with due diligence by online platforms. This ensures that harmful or infringing content—ranging from intellectual property theft to privacy violations—is addressed swiftly and accurately.
Key Highlights from the 2025 Reporting Period Our activities from October 6, 2025, to December 31, 2025, reflect a high-intensity effort to protect digital rights:
- Total Notifications: Over 8.2 million items of infringing content were identified.
- Focus Areas: The vast majority of our reports concerned Intellectual Property Infringements (Copyright), targeting large-scale unauthorized distribution networks.
- Independence: We maintain 100% financial and operational independence from online platforms, funded entirely by private rights holders.
Looking Ahead we continue to work closely with the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) to ensure the digital space remains fair and legal. Our technical infrastructure and automated systems are constantly evolving to meet the challenges of an ever-changing online landscape.
We invite our partners, stakeholders, and the public to review our detailed findings:
